At an average wage of £17,000, a reduction of three hundred staff would produce savings of £5,100,000 in a full year.
And low and behold Labour have jumped on the bandwagon this year and guess what staff cuts, of course using the key wording Natural wastage.
The key question what happens if they cannot fill their quota.This year i was privy to a report offering concerns over the inability to attract and maintain key staff. Well i will wait to see the results. But a little secret i do come from a Real Socialist background and i would fight compulsory redundancy.
