It’s fun reading all the Rubbish slipping out from the Lib dems when he gets close to may.

I would suggest for any one interested in politics to go on the Council Web site and look at the stats

Try the Last by Election In Pendlebury-the seat we had high hopes of winning. In reality the candidate crawled home behind the BNP in fourth place. The same candidate as never come better than third place each time he as stood in Swinton South.

Irwell Riverside well when you have Labour in free-fall within the city with HAZEL surly a win? No the lib Dem celebration was we came in front of the BNP!

Look at some of the results over the past years across the city votes-dropping faster than the pound.

As for the General Election– pundits feel that many liberal Seats will fall to the Tories.

We understand who we are, we stand on our record and our name. I asked one Liberal Councillor John Pooley what do i do next after winning in Swinton South, he said pick up the Ball and run with it, i took  his advice and have never stopped to look back. The Liberal Democrats offer nothing but a badge, lacking in ideas policies and a future. I for one could not except being at the beck and call of the Tories or their Policies.Voting Liberal Democrat in this City is Just one more vote for the Tories, we can except their insults we will respond with the facts, dirty tricks are their department not ours. From a High of ten to seven and after May i wonder what will we be looking at.A defunct group?

Well out comes the Rubbish from the LIb Cons-vote Independent get labour ? Bit rich coming from them.

I would like to look at a comment made today-do i now what opposition is all about?

Well first to the Liberal Democrats i am a realist and yes i belong to an independent group with no real affiliations. But lets look at your argument.

I have sat on the budget Scrutiny committee for three years and helped your group put out concise alternative budgets. Your leader must agree i think that my job was to reduce the unfair taxation on the residents in this city, and keep service provision at it’s highest.I don’t think i failed, but the reality was most of the comments we made would be passed by. Because we do not hold the balance of power the same goes for the Tories.

But today i saw a document that offered No tax Cuts or Cuts in service provision. But according to your logic because Labour put it forward it was wrong so lets oppose it.I am sorry if i am to dance with the Devil to get the best for the Residents that i and my fellow colleagues represent then i will.

Sadly you are out of touch with the real world.I suggest if you wish me to take you seriously you put forward a budget that is not a re jig of Labours figures, What ever you offered on a couple of scraps of paper came out with the same end product that you agreed with the Freeze. So what’s your problem.

I go by my record today i felt Labour could not even take you seriously.

As for the Tories i felt the passionate speech on one Councillors Roots highly amusing. And as for the Budget come on i bet a pound to a penny it’s already on the Advertisers front page.It even fell as low as French Farce at one point when we discussed one councillors Nose. I wonder if that will be reported?

As for the Tory Leadership i am sorry the Mayor would not let me respond i hope you may find time to repeat your comments  so i my offer you a full and frank response. I think Clllr Hinds put in a nutshell my fears over your group ruling this city and this country and i stand by his comments.

Well had one of those funny moments last night.

It was amusing to see a certain political group take a couple of residents into a quite corner to tell them about who they are going to meet with. Only to hear one resident say she had all ready met them with me earlier this week.Well that them allways one step behind.
