Local Liberal Leaves his union because of their stance i have just rejoined mine.

If we are to fight what is to come over the coming months within Salford we have little choice but to unite into one common force to try to end this coalition. Apathy will not feed your family,during the reign of  Thatcher the only force that could have stood any chance against her were the unions in their day they were all powerful today they do not hold anything like the power they had but still offer one of the key tools needed,Thatcher went out to destroy them,she could not eradicate all, some are still around and have the natural base to combine and fight the condems,together with the help of any one who feels a passion inside to get up and fight we can win,we cannot allow this shameless destruction of all what we hold dear.We in the Green party in Salford offer our support.

The NHS plans to make 35,000 nurses, cleaners and medical secretaries redundant unless staff accept a pay deal that will see them lose up to several thousand pounds a year, the Observer can reveal.

This my dear Liberal Democrat is why we have unions!!! The Condem Government is ripping apart the fabric of what we have all excepted as our  basic rights,the Rich have not been affected only the poor,New Labour have failed and the joining of two minds  the condems in effect created nothing more than an open attack on the working class of this country
