A policy that was wrong,would not work and intrusive.The money wasted on this white elephant could have been put put to far better things but we sat back and allowed it to happen.The trouble with the British public is we appear to be apathetic unless it is something that hits us directly in the pocket in real time.Perhaps people should sit back and think that they have the power collectively to remove the people who make these ridiculous decisions that wreck the quality of our lives. So for your New years resolution lets start by getting rid of the liberals and Tories,
