Was Mr Miliband right when he attacked New Labours record

Mr Miliband used his keynote speech to Labour’s conference in Manchester to launch an extraordinary attack on the record of his former boss.
Unfair’: Mr Brown, pictured last week, said Mr Miliband played into Tories’ hands

He said: ‘You saw jobs disappear and economic security undermined, I understand your anger at a Labour government that claimed it could end boom and bust.’

He said Labour had lost its ‘fiscal credibility’ towards the end of Mr Brown’s reign.

Mr Brown has told friends he is ‘absolutely furious’ with the new leader over the criticism, which he believes is unfair and plays into the hands of the Tories.

To be honest i respect his honesty for the failings of New Labour Failed Nationally and failed Locally it worries me over what choice we have within this country. LABOUR failed the Liberal democrats are in MELTDOWN and the Tories should start to see the beginning of a political backlash.
