I have received a call this morning to tell me that there is a leaked Government report

calling for the ability for Employers to sack Lazy staff with no recourse to an

Employment tribunal. Are we returning to the Good old days for the Rich to treat us like something

you can throw away if you get feed up with it? The Tories with the aid of the Liberal democrats make my skin crawl.There wish to destroy the welfare state is obvious,what’s next for the working class to face?

Just received an interesting e-mail about a proposed ASDA store in Swinton. Affects residents across the City so interested to hear views…

We have been fighting for years to get something on the Precinct but it always seemed to fall on death ears it would be great if we could get them on this site .I was only speaking  yesterday to our chair when we discussed our shop local campaign

we are running and it would be good news if we could put this on our campaign, Swinton precinct would benefit but where it would be sited? could be a problem and there could be issues with Aldi and Others there already on the surrounding sites, But if it’s coming and produces jobs and people don’t have to use cars to shop for the small things we say bring it on
