Shadow Health Minister Diane Abbott has apologised for any offence caused by comments she made on Twitter, after claims they were racist.
She said she had not meant to generalise when she wrote: ”White people love playing ‘divide & rule’“.
It’s issues like this that worry me,we live in a PC world in fear of what we say in case we offend and she makes statements like this. One rule for one?

To be honest where do the kids go?Labour for as long as i can remember have offered nothing in relation to amenities,jobs well when labour where in power they failed on that one and the Tories don’t class Northern kids as worth bothering with. The parents are more than likely to be kids themselves and the Schools let so many slip the net it’s freighting. The Social housing estates for many people have become areas of crime and vandalism and the reality is there is nothing much for these kids to do but drink cheap supermarket beer and cause trouble. Perhaps it’s time that some one took notice,i think the likes of Labour and the Tories reject out of hand people who don’t have the power to vote. They forget that these kids are our future Thatcher let one Generation die,can we afford another? i wonder when we look for the real reasons for the riots,should we not be looking a little closer to home.

Salford University spent £132,000 on a logo which claims it is in Manchester, i cannot understand that a University that faces a short fall in income and as to sack staff could pay this for a Logo. I wonder if the idiot that sanctioned it owns up?he should go down the Road with the staff that are being forced out. This is why people lose jobs Top heavy management over paid and bloody useless. I wonder will the Labour Council Leader have any thing to say? doubt it.

The City Council has been allocated 20 places for hospitality, two of which will be taken by the Mayor and Mayoress leaving 18 places available. An itinerary will be available nearer the time, but it is anticipated that you would need to be at the stadium approximately 2 and a half hours before the kick off for welcome, introductions, meal and pre-match build up.

And of course public wellbeing, i look with interest to see any real stimulus within the city,but apart from the large influx of economic migrants i am a little concerned as to who is really flocking to the area to take up the challenge of a new era Labour always seem to promise us. The lack of willingness to debate unless the debate takes shape within a Labour filled room worries me as to the real confidence Labour have as to there success. Any one living within the city should be asking why do we have crime taking shape relative to the tragedy in ordsall .How long ago was one man blasted to death in a local pub,it seems that took little media interest, and of course that was not isolated. Are we so deflated and apathetic to allow Labour to go on unchallenged with out any one showing a little concern?.Perhaps we should be asking these people questions and see do the answers stack up.

If apathy within our Towns and Cities continue we will have little to choose from besides a party that butchers services to satisfy it’s backbone the rich or a Party with no ideas or credibility to it’s name.
