In 2012 why should people be expecting to live with this.The sad reality is many social housing estates failed to get the investment they where promised.Any one caring to walk with me i will show then the reality of voting in a Labour ticket,this is not isolated this is one of many.LABOUR FAIL

This isn’t about investment. Investment doesn’t come from the Government; but private businesses who deem the area profitable to invest in. And by what I see in this picture – it’s residents themselves who have made this mess.
The homes are social housing the council in John Merrys own words run large debt due to money borrowed to build not private investment.They managed them and still run large parts under arms length managment groups ie Salix so the question is how in gods name are they allowed to get in this state,yes your right in part of your comment in blaming the people but they will only commit to this if allowed to do so by the LANDLORD.
