Just seen this flying over Salford Town hall.
I wonder how many more U turns will we see before May?
I wonder how much each party will have to spend on the mayoral elections.
It would be good if Labour were kept to a reasonable level to balance out any advantage…
Thought of the day
I wonder how many decisions made by LABOUR in Salford will be deferred only to reappear after the MAY Elections? i could name a few can you?day centres, nursery provision, Cllr Merry speaks of losing a battle but wining the war,to be honest labours approach was so low key it’s opened the flood gates and if the voting goes a couple of % Points ether way there could be some shocks.
For the last time he is the idiot who told us to join the Tories and Chris does not collect Points happy?
Have you ever thought how many none Jobs exist at Salford Council?
I mean if you can afford to dump a deputy chief exec, why was he there in the first place? i have seen so many top jobs disappear i have lost count, can you imagine when John Merry losses the mayoral race how many other top salary none jobs will go, panic could be on the way at the Town Hall
Fresh off the Salford Star,i wonder if the unions got there act together, the people voted on mass, and that people realised there is an alternative Labour would be forced to listen.
