So new Salford Green policy the people who do do not pay by credit card should subsidise those that do . The less well off should pay the transaction costs of the better off well done Joe
Sad fact John due to yours and the present Government people have no money,they are living on credit from week to week and many have to pay by credit cards just to live,shame they face one more bill. Took you long enough to put on a charge.
Please correct me if I am wrong but these charges relate to a bugetary requirement to balance the books. That they relate in someway to social justice is not much of a plausible argument.
You are wrong. They relate to a charge levied by the credit card companies. Should we expect others to share the cost
