This is a rather sad effort on your part . If there is a charge it has to be paid by someone . Like many companies we have I am afraid felt the cost should be paid by those who use credit cards rather than everybody else. As regards the Mayors visit to India you implied the city had paid for it despite as your own son pointed out the article made it clear he had paid for it himself.
