There are no material soft loans (loans made at less than market terms) made by the authority.
We have to except that statement has fact but question,why would any Major company borrow from the council unless there was some benefits due to the fact interest rates are at there lowest! is money so tight that groups have to come with their cap out
any one care to answer.
