On good thing about the decision to have an elected Mayor in the City of Salford, it means when the elected Mayor is imposed by the Government on the City of Manchester, he/she cannot be transformed into a City Region Mayor running the whole of Greater Manchester – so THANKYOU from Bury to the few people who turned out to vote in Salford.
