Two BBC presenters were forced to apologise after introducing Scottish first Minster Nicola Sturgeon while footage of a chomping gorilla played.
Naga Munchetty and Charlie Stayt stifled laughs as they admitted the clip of the gorilla which escaped from London Zoo last night was shown by mistake.
Ms Munchetty introduced the video by saying: “We’re going to be joined by the Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon. We’ll talk to her about he plans for a second referendum on independence.”
But as she spoke, the screen cut to Kumbuka, a 29-stone silverback, sat in the grass, chomping and screwing his face up.
No seriously no wonder the Bloody Gorilla was peed off
