I have to ask will we see the wholesale sell offs to private companies again who in return operate a none profit base but yet return a surplus? or will they be run in house . I suppose in house would offer Labours expensive Housing mayor something to do. They quote they will have to supply 750 per year to meet demand, with eight to nine thousand on the lists already and many dropped from the previous list how in gods name will 750 suffice. Unless we are building for another market than Salford residents. The cash they have in their fund seems inadequate to even touch their 750 target so where do they feel they can seek funds?or are they preparing for their favourite option borrow more cash.
