Salford’s Markets what went wrong?

From Pendlebury to central Salford we had two thriving markets,One Labour leader told me they were dying funny how Bury survives, Pendlebury was so busy sometimes you had trouble parking but progress under labour it was moved. The market was placed in swinton precinct already struggling with decreased footfall and closing shops, the picture above shows the result from no one on site to a complete empty space, and yet again Labour quotes growth and prosperity within the city, unless you count buy to let second homes where is the growth?
