Salford’s Jeremy Corbyn supporting Mayor, Paul Dennett, will decide next week whether to close The Grange, the city’s only residential home for disabled children.
There’s been protests and petitions signed by over 3,000 people against the closure but Salford Council officers are still determined to axe the home, which will see disabled children kicked out of the city. Now Mayor Dennett is poised to make the final decision.
