Make you think how this Salford Takeaway got to this stage before it was caught?



What worries me are the others that serve food to the public on the surface look ok but hide their own secrets, i went to one this week and on questioning why the water was cold on the pot machine the answer i

got was until it starts making money they cant afford to fix it, the same went for the broken freezer. These establishments have bookwork in place which must be completed to say everything is being done that can be done to ensure peoples safety be assured in reality it’s a tick box exercise, we need more people on the ground to check these sites before something goes drastically wrong.
