Well just recieved my copy of life in Salford Or is it the LABOUR LIFE?

Just about to put it out with the rubbish for recycling and i noticed on the top it says FREE.

Question how much is it costing each individual tax payer IN SALFORD to produce? better dig out the batteries  for the calculator
