Scrutiny in their wisdon sent the decision to council? is that not one of their functions, and are we not playing a game where you move it after wednesday, Which you would have done any way

And putting the Blame on the Advertiser on the Scott Trust. I think your party in it’s wisdom have put the final nails in the coffin.
