The decision is subject to “call-in” and when/if that happens, at least there would be an opportunity for taxi drivers/operators and public users of black cabs to have their say in front of decision makers. I at least welcome that process, as democracy should be open, honest and transparent.
Open ,honest and transparent, great words, it’s a shame that once those words have passed we come into the real world. The vote and all those key phrases go straight out of the window. And then the real buzz word takes effect..
