There will be something for everyone at Spring Conference as we gather opposite Cardiff Castle ahead of the Welsh Assembly elections.

Over 30 Fringe meetings from both internal and external organisations with guest speakers, on topics including AV, cuts, green economics, nuclear power, Gaza and also a special discussion slot on the collapse of the Ratcliffe trial with Danny Chivers, one of the defendants on Sunday at 5pm.

 

Training sessions on elections, media, equalities and more.

 

Policy topics to be debated and voted on include a Science & Technology voting paper plus motions on spending cuts, war, monetary policy, animals and sport, welfare reform, high speed rail, marine, food and waste.

First time at conference but want to know what it is all about? There will be information sessions for first timers on Friday and Saturday as well as a new members’ reception hosted by Caroline Lucas MP on Saturday if you have recently joined the party.

 

Kids Club. Childcare an issue? Kids Club will be offering a full programme of activities for 1-12 year olds for the duration of Conference  – and it’s absolutely free for all GP members.
