whats going wrong at city west?

Yesterday i sat and listened to the level of investment which will go into their housing stock. I like my fellow councillors relish the thought of better housing for our residents. Not only this but the stimulus it will offer to our local economy.What saddens me is to hear of the hundreds of houses which are void, with the level of homelessness within this city i find this a scandal.I ask city west to rectify this issue as a matter of urgency.
